Delivery of the original version – When, how and what

As a first-time customer, immediately upon receipt of your order we will send you the most current version of the software that you ordered. The software is exclusively delivered by e-mail. You will receive the activation code and the respective download address immediately upon proof of payment. This will also take place via e-mail. The activation code will relate to the amount of licences that you have ordered. You can select the following:

• single license: 1 activation code + download address
• 5-places-license: 1 activation code + download address
• 25-places-license: 1 activation code + download address

Keep the activation code safe as you will require it for chargeable updates. An Internet connection is required to activate the software with the activation code!

Updates – Purchasing and activating

At Codeware, it is always worth updating the existing software with the new update. This is because the update contains concrete benefits which are the result of customer comments and also improve the work. And on top of this, we must continuously take further technological developments of the system and program software into account.

When it comes to chargeable updates, you will require the existing activation code of your original version that you use after purchase. Updates for PictureXTracker and OPI_swapper can be activated from all previous versions!
