The Xactuell universal licence - the carefree package
Should you wish to use Xactuell, it is completely irrelevant whether you work with Windows or Mac OS X, with Adobe InDesign or QuarkXPress. It is also no problem if you use an older version – you will always receive the version of Xactuell that matches your software equipment. This means that you can always be sure after installation that Xactuell will run on your computer system. In order to ensure that this remains the case on a day-to-day basis, you should also take advantage of what the Xactuell universal licence UWS has to offer.
UWS means: Updates, Maintenance, Support
1. Updates
With the update service, you will receive the following:
- Updates that arise from any updating by the system and program environment manufacturers
- Improvements thanks to the elimination of small malfunctions (so-called bug fixing) that affect the cooperation between Xactuell and the elements of its software environment
- Further developments by maintenance work
The update function also enables you to access previous Xactuell versions and the projects edited on these versions at any time.
2. Maintenance
Thanks to constant contact with our customers, we receive a lot of feedback including suggestions for improvement and comments. We are happy to adopt them and incorporate them into Xactuell provided that they are of general interest to users. This means that Xactuell undergoes a continuous further development that you can only take advantage of within the context of the universal licence.
3. Support
If, contrary to expectation, you experience either system or program-related trouble that restricts your work with Xactuell, just call us. CODEWARE will immediately tackle the problem. Our support package also includes comprehensive consultancy with regard to individual expansion options concerning Xactuell that are developed exactly according to your needs.
Xactuell universal licence conditions
- UWS services are included in the purchase price during the first licence year
- For each subsequent year, the universal licence then costs 20% of the new purchase price
