Our decades of experience and exclusively happy customers speak a clear language: “WE LOVE PUBLISCHING”. And that’s what you come into contact with the most in the Professional Services area. Be it with workshops, integration, training or support.
Do you know what you need?
It’s the first step in knowing what you want or where challenges lie. Based on this we go one step further with you in a workshop: We analyse your print products, product data, system environments and processes and show you the solution and its advantages. Whether it’s taking your database publishing to the next level or optimising a layout to increase its quality and make it easier for your customers to understand.
In webinars, we show new features and make suggestions on how to optimise the print process with already existing features.
Integration has a system with us
For the PIM systems of our technology partners, we have developed standard connectors together with them. This means that your data can be accessed directly in publishing without programming. Within the scope of the project, we work with our integration partner in a structured and cooperative way to adapt our solutions to your requirements so that efficient production is possible or, with free creativity, that the data are always correct and updatable.
Support sets a precedent
From our rich experience, we have created solutions that are not only intuitive to use, but evoke enthusiasm. This makes the training easy and creates joy at work. To support this, we have developed a comprehensive reference work and provide a demo system in which functions can simply be tried out in practice.
Of course, there are also more complex issues. In regards to these, we train you with your data and on your system, so that our solution becomes your solution.
Hand in hand
We, along with our partners, have seen many challenges and always found solutions. Should you also be faced with a challenge – we will solve it together. Whether it’s in finding the causes – e.g., “Oh, the data aren’t coming out the way I expected” – or providing support for templating à la “This will definitely look better in a table with icons and a reduction of equal values. How do I do that?”
